Medical Officer / Senior Medical Officer

About the role

New Crystal Health Services is seeking qualified Medical Officers, including Senior Medical Officers, to join its network of hospitals across Ghana. The role involves delivering high‑quality, affordable health care to patients and supporting the organization’s mission of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in accordance with best practice guidelines.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in community health initiatives and health education programs.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and hospital performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBChB, MD or equivalent) and valid registration with the Ghana Medical Council.
• Relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting; senior candidates should have several years of practice.
• Strong commitment to ethical patient care and continuous professional development.
