MEP & Processing Maintenance Manager (Multi‑site)

About the role

Tropo Farms is seeking a battle‑hardened MEP & Processing Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of its infrastructure across multiple sites in Ghana. This senior‑level position requires hands‑on leadership, rapid problem‑solving and the ability to bring order to a complex, dispersed plant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement formal maintenance procedures and routines across all locations.
• Conduct technical audits, identify skill gaps and ensure first‑time‑right repairs.
• Manage procurement delays, maintain critical spares and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee power generation (diesel, solar, grid), high/low voltage distribution and water‑treatment systems.
• Direct maintenance of industrial refrigeration, cold rooms and food‑processing equipment to guarantee zero production downtime.
• Lead integration of new equipment for expansion projects, building protocols from scratch.

Required profile

• BSc in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 8 years of industrial plant maintenance experience, including multi‑site management.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with diesel generators, industrial refrigeration, electrical networks and PLC/automation systems.
• Experience managing third‑party contractors and dispersed technical teams in challenging environments.
