About the role
The Online Marketer will plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns to promote Shelter Mart’s property portfolio and brand. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Accra and works closely with sales and branch teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging online content.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse web traffic and optimise for lead generation.
- Coordinate marketing automation tools and support online sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and branch teams to align digital strategies with on‑site activities.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in Accra, manage multiple campaigns and collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Prior experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
