Operations Associate

About the role

WeGoo is seeking an Operations Associate to oversee daily hub activities and ensure smooth movement of packages across its nationwide delivery network in Ghana. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting handovers to riders and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations to guarantee efficient workflow.
• Receive, verify, and sort packages according to manifests and destinations.
• Dispatch packages and coordinate handovers with riders, drivers, and nationwide partners.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and perform reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports and flag issues related to missing, damaged, or delayed shipments.
