Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will coordinate the movement, storage and delivery of Infant Prodigy Ltd’s food and beverage products. Working closely with the warehouse, sales and delivery teams, you will ensure that orders reach customers accurately, on time and in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders and communicate them to warehouse staff.
• Prepare delivery schedules based on location, route, order size and vehicle capacity.
• Coordinate drivers, delivery personnel and warehouse staff during picking, loading and dispatch.
• Verify that each delivery is supported by the correct invoice, delivery note and other documentation.
• Monitor deliveries throughout the day and follow up on any outstanding or problematic orders.
• Investigate shortages, over‑supplies, damaged goods and customer complaints.
• Manage stock movements, transfers and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Alert management to potential stock‑outs, overstock or slow‑moving items.
• Oversee receipt and off‑loading of imported containers and supplier deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation.
• Monitor vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance and ensure compliance with approved routes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and track logistics costs.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with at least one month of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Good organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules.
