Operations Lead – Property & Guest Experience

About the role

We are seeking a practical, organised Operations Lead to ensure our managed properties and short‑let units are clean, beautifully presented and ready for guests, while keeping the team coordinated and issues resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs, cleaning and laundry schedules.
• Inspect units before arrivals and maintain consistent housekeeping standards.
• Manage guest communication and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise cleaners and coordinate maintenance teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor electricity, internet, linen, supplies and other essentials.
• Keep accurate expense records and provide clear operational updates.
• Anticipate problems, follow through on outstanding tasks and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual who takes initiative and gets things done without constant reminders.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, property management or a similar operation.
• Strong planning, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating teams and suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Comfort using WhatsApp for coordination.
• Experience with digital booking or task‑management tools.
