Partnership Manager

About the role

RD Ghana Limited is seeking a commercially minded Partnership Manager to lead new business development and strategic partnerships for its digital financial services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead prospecting for new corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Develop opportunities with financial institutions, technology providers, logistics businesses, supply chain platforms and trade‑related organisations.
• Own the commercial pipeline, including opportunity qualification, proposals, negotiations and conversion.
• Assess opportunities against customer needs, commercial objectives and operational feasibility.
• Lead commercial presentations using approved product information.
• Coordinate technical integration discussions with specialist teams.
• Obtain operations and compliance input before commitments are made.
• Support negotiations within delegated authority and refer approvals to the Managing Partner.
• Hand new corporate clients to the Account Manager with documented terms and requirements.
• Retain ownership of strategic partner relationships and implementation milestones.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in partnerships, business development or commercial relationship management, including two years leading commercial initiatives.
• Relevant experience in fintech, financial services, payments or business technology.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to assess commercial performance and prepare clear business cases.
• Good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience developing partnerships involving software integrations or multiple delivery teams.
• Familiarity with cross‑border payments or enterprise financial platforms.
• Experience working with corporate clients, financial institutions or trade‑related businesses in Ghana.
