PE & Play Coach – Special Needs Children

About the role

MasterChamps is seeking an energetic PE & Play Coach to lead physical education and play activities for neurodivergent preschool children (ages 3‑8). You will create a safe, inclusive environment that supports each child’s developmental milestones while collaborating closely with families and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily PE sessions and outdoor movement activities for children aged 3‑8.
• Support each child in achieving individualized developmental goals.
• Monitor, document, and report progress to internal records and parents.
• Provide behavioral and emotional support, ensuring safety and structured supervision.
• Communicate regularly with parents and team members to maintain consistency between school and home.

Required profile

• Minimum high school qualification or higher.
• No prior experience required; willingness to work with special‑needs children is essential.
• Team‑oriented mindset, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Patient, adaptable, energetic, and passionate about inclusive education.
• Preferably residing in or near West Legon.
