Pharmacy Sales & Onboarding Officer

About the role

PharmHive is seeking a motivated sales professional to bring new pharmacy customers onboard and help them use the PharmHive platform successfully. You will build relationships with pharmacy owners, demonstrate the software, close sales and coordinate the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective pharmacies and meet owners, pharmacists and decision‑makers across the assigned territory.
• Deliver product demonstrations, prepare approved quotations and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate inventory‑data collection, implementation and staff training with the technical team.
• Conduct follow‑up checks after onboarding, resolve basic usage questions and promptly escalate technical issues.
• Follow up on invoices, renewals and generate referrals from satisfied customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly pipeline, sales and customer‑feedback reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical distribution, pharmacy services, POS or business software.
• Proven ability to reach decision‑makers, follow up consistently and close sales.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations; existing pharmacy‑owner relationships are a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English; local‑language skills are an advantage.
• Based in Greater Accra and willing to travel regularly within Accra/Tema.
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using WhatsApp for business communication.
• Comfort with customer‑management (CRM) tools.
