Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Capital Group Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth in its real‑estate and travel divisions. Based at Atlantic Towers, 7th Floor Airport City, you will combine industry knowledge with creativity to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate and travel.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company targets.
• Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and recommend improvements.
• Source and list properties on digital platforms and create engaging content with the marketing team.
• Partner with travel consultants to promote attractive travel packages.
• Convert leads into sales and accompany clients to property viewings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in real estate or travel.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Ghanaian real‑estate and travel markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
