Pre-Sales Engineer, Anglophone Africa

About the role

RightCom, founded in April 2013, is the leading customer experience management company in Africa, offering cloud-based CX software, management consulting and CX BPO. It is recruiting a Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge technical capability and client needs, turning business challenges into CX solutions powered by RightCom XP and RightCom OS. The role supports the sales and partnership teams through product demonstrations, proposal development and solution architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product demos, proof of concepts and technical presentations tailored to client requirements
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures using RightCom XP and related technologies
• Partner with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to align solutions and ensure delivery readiness
• Provide technical input for proposals, RFP responses and client documentation
• Gather market feedback and share insights with the product team for continuous improvement
• Stay up to date on CX trends, SaaS tools and digital transformation technologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical account management
• Excellent presentation, documentation and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Required skills

• Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs and customer engagement platforms
• Solution design and technical presentation skills
