Principal – School Leadership Role

About the role

As the principal you will lead the school with a strong moral purpose, ensuring every student learns successfully and reaches their full potential. You will foster an inclusive environment where each learner’s talents are recognised, nurtured and developed, using education to overcome disadvantage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the school community, building purposeful relationships with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.
• Strategically allocate resources such as staff expertise, funding, facilities and partnerships to maximise student outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of teaching and learning through evidence‑based decision‑making, data analysis and goal setting.
• Develop and sustain an inclusive culture that meets diverse learning needs and promotes wellbeing.
• Lead significant change across curriculum, programs, processes, facilities or culture to enhance student learning.
