Private Client Advisor – High Net Worth Sales

About the role

Henley & Partners is seeking a Private Client Advisor to act as a brand ambassador and drive new business growth in Ghana. You will work with high‑net‑worth individuals and families, helping them explore residency and citizenship options while delivering a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, events and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of high‑net‑worth clients for residence and citizenship planning services.
• Build and nurture relationships with intermediaries such as family offices, private banks, wealth managers, lawyers and tax advisors.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to proposal and conversion.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand client objectives and present tailored solutions.
