Product Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Marketing Manager to lead sales planning and marketing execution for our virtual marketplace and cupcake business. Based in Accra, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue while supporting our mission to empower women‑led enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and optimise sales processes for multiple product lines.
• Design, launch and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate product positioning to boost brand awareness and revenue.
• Engage with customers, partners and women‑led businesses to identify new opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, prepare sales and marketing reports, and make data‑informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product strategy with social impact goals.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales management, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving abilities.
• Business development experience, including partnership negotiation.
• Background in product marketing and campaign planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting small, women‑led businesses or NGOs is a plus.
