Professor (Business School) – Multiple Departments

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for a full‑time Professor position within its Business School. The appointment can be made in any of the listed departments, providing an opportunity to lead teaching, research, and community engagement in a technology‑oriented university environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
• Supervise student research projects and theses.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in recognized journals.
• Participate in community service and outreach activities.
• Contribute to faculty development and academic governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or Associate Professor with at least three years at that rank and a minimum of fifteen publications in recognized journals.
• Three professional referees.
• Clear statement of the desired rank and department in the application letter.
