Professor – Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for full‑time Professor positions within its Business School. Appointments are open across several departments, including Management & Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures and seminars in the appointed department.
• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in recognised academic journals.
• Participate in community outreach, consultancy, and professional service activities.
• Contribute to faculty development, curriculum design, and departmental governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognised university, or an Associate Professor with at least three years of experience and a minimum of fifteen peer‑reviewed publications.
• Three referees with full contact details.
• Demonstrated record of teaching excellence and scholarly impact.
