Regional Lead, Corporate Engagement & Partnership

About the role

Rainforest Alliance is seeking a Regional Lead to drive corporate engagement, partnership development and revenue growth across Asia, Africa and Oceania. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Engagement & Partnerships, you will position the organisation as a trusted sustainability partner and help companies embed responsible practices in their supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional engagement and growth strategies to meet annual revenue, partnership and impact targets.
• Lead a regional team of approximately eight professionals, fostering commercial performance and new business opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, forecasts and reporting, using data and stakeholder feedback to guide decisions.
• Analyse sustainability trends, regulatory changes and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the voice of customers and markets internally to keep solutions relevant.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with corporations, industry associations, governments, NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross‑sector dialogue on sustainability challenges and promote collaborative solutions.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a proven commercial track record.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, agricultural supply chains and corporate ESG priorities.
• Experience engaging senior corporate leaders and translating market needs into action.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to develop high‑performing, inclusive teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess trends and provide strategic recommendations.
