Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, nurture relationships with parents, schools, and communities, and promote the Virtutor Online platform. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through the booking process and ensuring a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Secure at least 30 free meeting bookings per month through direct outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and community partners to promote our online tutoring services.
• Communicate the platform’s value proposition effectively and convert leads into paying customers.
• Track performance metrics and submit weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and run social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels to generate engagement and leads.
• Create and manage promotional materials such as flyers, digital ads, and newsletters.
• Support online advertising efforts and optimize campaigns for conversions.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve services.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads and meet booking targets.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with parents, schools, and community members.
• Experience in planning and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to track performance and report results weekly.
