About the role
Eat Light is looking for a Sales Assistant in Accra to attend to customers, take orders and promote the products of its snack bar. The position is full-time and entry level.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers and take their orders professionally.
- Promote and sell the snack bar's products to customers.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
- Assist with packaging and serving orders where necessary.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized and presentable.
- Monitor available products and report items that need restocking.
- Support daily sales activities and help attract new customers.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Willingness to work and learn.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must live in or around North Legon, Agbogba, Haatso, Abokobi or nearby communities.
Required skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, lively and customer-oriented.
- Honest, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
