Sales Associate - STEM Kits & School Software

About the role

A full-time Sales Associate position based in Greater Accra, within information technology services. The role focuses on reaching out to private schools, school owners, headteachers and educational institutions to sell STEM kits, practical STEM training programmes and school management software.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, WhatsApp, email and other outreach channels to introduce products and services.
• Follow up assigned leads consistently and guide prospects through the sales process until they become paying customers.
• Schedule and run school visits, customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, answer enquiries and help overcome objections to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups and sales opportunities, and prepare regular reports on sales activity, feedback, new leads and completed sales.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work with the team to meet assigned sales targets and grow the customer base and revenue.
