Sales Representative - Life Insurance

About the role

Enterprise Group is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Accra to promote life insurance products. The role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, explaining products and converting leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote life insurance products.
• Explain insurance products, benefits and premium payments clearly to customers.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking and direct prospecting.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into policyholders.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Follow up on policy applications and premium payments where required.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
• Meet assigned sales targets and comply with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of SHS/WASSCE; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Good communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Honest, professional and able to work independently or in a team.
