Sales Consultant – Accra, Ghana

About the role

Rentokil Boecker is looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to join its team in Accra. You will implement the sales strategy, build client relationships, and drive revenue for our sustainable health, property, and environmental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy set by the Sales Manager to meet monthly targets, renewals, and profitability.
• Identify and prospect potential clients, delivering professional sales presentations.
• Survey premises, estimate technical requirements, and prepare pricing offers.
• Develop tailored proposals using marketing tools and present new products to existing customers.
• Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Communicate sales outcomes to the Operations Department and maintain accurate client data in company systems.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and represent the company at events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
