Sales Consultant – Ghana (Accra)

About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive its sales strategy across Ghana. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets, develop client relationships, and promote sustainable health, property, and environmental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager to meet monthly sales, renewal, and profitability goals.
• Identify and prospect potential clients and business opportunities in the market.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and explain the benefits of Rentokil Boecker® services.
• Survey premises to assess technical requirements and prepare pricing offers.
• Create tailored offers using marketing tools and present new products to existing clients.
• Handle contract preparation, follow‑up, renewals, and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate client data in Rentokil Boecker® systems and produce weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, effective decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
