Sales Consultant - Real Estate Development

About the role

Equilibrium Partners Ltd is a boutique real estate development, investment and advisory firm focused on the West African market, offering end-to-end project leadership from concept through delivery. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant in Accra who identifies prospective clients, presents real estate development and investment opportunities and guides clients through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and present real estate development and investment opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, understand client needs and prepare proposals and presentations
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client solutions with project and investment objectives
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support ongoing client relationship management
• Monitor market trends, give feedback on client preferences and contribute to business development initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant experience in real estate, investment or advisory services is highly beneficial, especially in the West African market
• Comfortable working on-site in Accra

• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, focused on long-term relationships
• Clear, professional communication, including presenting complex information accessibly
• Negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills, able to meet sales targets and deadlines
