Sales Executive – Automotive Solutions (Kumasi)

About the role

Auto Bridge Ghana is seeking energetic Sales Executives to promote and sell vehicles sourced directly from U.S. auctions. Based in Kumasi, you will connect with auto dealers and individual buyers, guiding them through a transparent, cost‑effective purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers in Kumasi and surrounding areas.
• Promote and sell vehicles imported from U.S. auction platforms.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process with professionalism.
• Represent the brand positively both online and offline.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and relationship building.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Based in Kumasi or willing to work there.
• Driver’s license is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
