Sales Executive

About the role

Dunia Connect is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to expand its customer base across individual, enterprise, event and partnership channels in Ghana. You will be responsible for driving revenue, acquiring new customers and building a qualified sales pipeline while representing the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads from individuals, companies, institutions, associations and event organisers through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and field visits.
• Secure meetings, deliver tailored presentations and demos of Dunia Connect’s smart cards, digital profiles and enterprise platform.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, closing and hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs and business events, capture leads and ensure prompt post‑event conversion.
• Develop partnerships with business chambers, professional bodies, universities, coworking spaces and event companies.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, forecasts and conversions in the CRM.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant professional training in business, marketing or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience (up to 24 months) with a strong commercial drive.
• Excellent time‑management, confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and contribute to sales‑process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting and networking.
