Sales Manager – Medical Imaging Equipment (Ghana)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our medical imaging equipment portfolio across Ghana. The role focuses on selling CT, X‑Ray, MRI, Ultrasound and related systems to hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision‑makers in both private and public sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to meet customer requirements.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, tenders and trade exhibitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical equipment field.
• At least 4 years in a sales role selling medical imaging equipment.
• Proven network within Ghana’s healthcare sector, covering both private and public institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and willing to travel extensively within Ghana.
