Sales Manager – Steel Products & Industrial Materials

About the role

We are a leading steel manufacturing company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of our iron rods, grinding media balls, steel products and other industrial materials. The role focuses on expanding distributor networks, securing high‑volume contracts and managing key accounts in the construction and mining sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic commercial sales plans aligned with company growth targets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profitability objectives.
• Expand and nurture a nationwide distributor and dealer network.
• Build long‑term strategic partnerships with major industrial clients.
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of the commercial sales team.
• Coordinate product availability, deliveries and order fulfillment to match sales forecasts.
• Monitor inventory movement, support stock planning and oversee receivables collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Residence in Tema, Prampram or surrounding areas.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience selling steel products, iron rods/rebar or grinding media balls.
• Highly results‑oriented and commercially driven.
