Sales & Partnership Executive

About the role

Mingo Blox is seeking a driven Sales & Partnership Executive to expand its reach across robotics, AI, STEAM education, digital learning platforms, and innovation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and institutional clients.
• Build relationships with schools, organizations, corporate partners, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support business growth.
• Present Mingo Blox products, programmes, and solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and partnership documents.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Represent Mingo Blox at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Achieve agreed sales and partnership targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related role.
• Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver’s licence.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Proven ability to develop leads and convert opportunities into sales.
