About the role
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and trustworthy Shop Assistant to support daily operations across our beauty and hardware retail stores.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with purchases in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked shop floor for both beauty and hardware products.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, checking quantities, and updating records.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
Required profile
- Minimum Senior High School certificate or equivalent.
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in beauty products or hardware/construction materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with digital payment systems.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Residence within La or surrounding areas for easy commute.
