Sales Professional – Women‑Led Business Focus

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team in Accra. You will play a key role in driving revenue for Yenique Prix Enterprise, a company dedicated to empowering women‑led businesses through a global marketplace and social initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers across target markets.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and community functions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for supporting women‑led enterprises and social entrepreneurship.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Experience in event coordination or fundraising is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
