Sales Specialist – Medical & Laboratory Devices

About the role

DCL Laboratory Products Ltd is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to promote and support its range of medical and laboratory devices and consumables. You will work on‑site, engaging directly with clinicians, researchers and healthcare providers across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product expertise during clinical training and provide on‑site customer support.
• Support market‑entry campaigns for new products and drive product sales.
• Complete all administrative paperwork in line with company policies.
• Achieve revenue targets through effective sales and delivery activities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, listening to client needs and presenting appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• BSc in Biological Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Material Science or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience selling medical devices or laboratory equipment.
• Persistent, self‑motivated and able to bounce back from setbacks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel outside Accra to customer sites (travel allowance provided).
