About the role

The Senior Project Marketing & Social Media Head will drive revenue growth by leading global paid, influencer and content marketing initiatives. This full‑time independent contract role requires deep involvement in strategy, execution and team mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies to generate high‑quality leads and optimise conversion.
• Lead and manage an international marketing team, conducting regular one‑on‑ones and performance reviews.
• Oversee all paid media traffic channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads and influencer partnerships.
• Analyse marketing metrics, conduct funnel analysis and collaborate with CRO to test offers, pricing and promotions.
• Optimize landing pages, implement structured snippets and drive SEO through high‑quality content and backlinks.

Required profile

• Expert spreadsheet user with thorough knowledge of the Google Ads interface.
• Hands‑on leader who can delegate, mentor and hold team members accountable.
• Detail‑oriented yet collaborative, able to dive deep into data when needed.
