Social Media Executive – Ghana

About the role

Travelwings is seeking a relationship‑driven Social Media Executive to lead localized brand marketing, partnerships, influencer programs, PR initiatives, and community engagement across Ghana. You will work closely with the regional marketing team to amplify the brand’s presence both online and offline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized brand campaigns aligned with Travelwings’ overall strategy.
• Plan and manage mall activations, exhibitions, and other offline events.
• Identify, negotiate with, onboard, and manage influencers; oversee campaign execution and performance reporting.
• Lead PR initiatives and coordinate with media partners.
• Build strategic partnerships with airlines, banks, malls, hotels, corporate organisations, and community groups.
• Coordinate localized social‑media content and campaigns with the central marketing team.
• Track campaign KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and drive brand awareness across Ghana.
• Represent Travelwings at trade shows, exhibitions, and local events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, or event marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing, PR, partnership development, and event execution.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini is an advantage.
