Social Media Manager

About the role

Hair by TMS is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead its online presence in East Legon, Ghana. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that reflect the brand’s focus on locs, lifestyle care, and premium beauty products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics to optimise future campaigns.
• Identify emerging trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing.
• Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Capability to develop and execute content strategies.
• Skill in analysing social media metrics and applying data‑driven decisions.
