Social Media Sales & Growth Associate

About the role

Phlenu is looking for a dynamic Social Media Sales & Growth Associate to turn followers into paying customers across TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp. You will be the bridge between our fast‑growing digital brand and its online audience, driving real revenue through live sessions, direct messages, and targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products directly via TikTok and Instagram Lives, Reels, Stories, DMs, and follow‑up on WhatsApp.
• Respond to inquiries in real time, push promotions, and convert comments and messages into sales.
• Create and schedule sales‑focused content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube Shorts using local trends and language.
• Plan and execute weekly promotions, flash sales, and product launches.
• Build and nurture a high‑trust community, collaborating with micro‑influencers and affiliates in Ghana and Nigeria.
• Track weekly social‑driven sales, leads, and conversion rates, and continuously optimize performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating sales, not just engagement, on TikTok and Instagram.
• Hands‑on experience with direct‑message selling and WhatsApp conversions.
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian consumer behavior and ability to switch between professional and street‑smart tones.
• Comfort with sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals, and flexibility to work peak engagement hours, including evenings and weekends.
