About the role

MasterChamps is an inclusion‑focused early childhood centre that blends a neurotypical preschool with specialised therapy services for neurodivergent learners. We are seeking an energetic Special Needs Preschool Teacher to deliver high‑energy instruction, support developmental milestones, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for children aged 3–8.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily lessons and outdoor activities, engaging physically with children throughout the day.
• Systematically work toward individual learning and developmental goals for each student.
• Assess and track student progress daily, preparing reports for management and parents.
• Conduct regular progress discussions with parents to ensure consistent support at home.
• Provide behavioural and social‑emotional support while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma (or higher) education.
• Proven experience in special‑needs teaching or education.
• Team‑player mindset with willingness to learn and pursue a stable, long‑term career.
• High levels of patience, adaptability, and genuine passion for neurodivergent learners.
• Residence in or near West Legon is a significant advantage.
