Stock Controller - Retail

About the role

M-KOPA is looking for a Stock Controller to join its Retail Department. The role ensures accurate stock management and reconciliation, manages stock allocation for sales, supports stock audits and oversees the tracking and return of inventory to the warehouse. It is based in Brekum-Drobo.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, allocate and reconcile stock for sales, and conduct regular audits so that all inventory is accounted for and properly tracked.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve product issues and coordinate in-warranty repairs.
• Keep the depot in good condition and provide daily reports on stock status.
• Work with the retail and warehouse teams so that stock movements are accurately tracked and inventory levels meet customer demand.

Required profile

• A college diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in customer care or stock management is essential; experience in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical and able to solve problems, with a strong grasp of data management.

Required skills

• Solid grasp of Excel and ability to analyse stock data and trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative team settings.
