Stock & Inventory Manager

About the role

The Smile Restore Dental Clinics is seeking a full‑time Stock & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations at its Accra clinic. You will ensure optimal stock availability, reduce waste, and support the clinic’s commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Conduct detailed analyses of stock movements and identify trends to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to anticipate and fulfill inventory needs.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines.

Required profile

• Proficiency in inventory control and management practices.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess trends and minimize discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented and organized approach to solving inventory challenges.
• Previous experience in inventory or stock management (highly desirable).
• Educational background in supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
