About the role
The company is seeking a Transport and Logistics Manager to oversee its fleet operations and coordinate supply movements across several regions in Ghana. This position reports to senior management and plays a key role in ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance and reliable logistics support.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistic supply to the Central, Western, and Brong Ahafo regions.
- Develop and implement a management plan for vehicle maintenance service providers.
- Manage a fleet of at least 30 vehicles of varying types, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance.
- Monitor and improve transportation processes to meet operational targets.
Required profile
- First degree in Business Administration or a related business field.
- Minimum five years of experience in fleet, transport, or logistics management.
- Strong people‑management abilities to lead and motivate staff.
