About the role
The Van Sales Representative at Shalina Healthcare Ghana is responsible for selling, delivering, and promoting pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and healthcare providers across the Volta Region. You will manage existing customer relationships, seek new sales opportunities, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to existing and new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver products according to scheduled routes and maintain proper stock levels.
- Handle cash sales, invoices, and ensure timely deposits.
- Maintain accurate sales records, delivery reports, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience working with pharmaceutical products.
