Venue Manager (Male) – Accra & Tema

About the role

The Venue Manager will oversee daily operations of a multi‑site venue in Accra and Tema, ensuring events run smoothly and clients receive excellent service. This role involves coordinating bookings, supervising staff, and maintaining the venue’s appearance and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily venue operations, including event setup, execution, and closure.
• Handle client enquiries, prepare quotations, and promote the venue through social media and corporate visits.
• Supervise venue staff and event workers, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with caterers, service providers, and manage inventory of equipment and furniture.
• Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and generate basic reports on revenue and events.

Required profile

• Previous experience (minimum 24 months) in events, hospitality, sales, customer service, or venue management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, supervise staff, and coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Residency in Haatso or surrounding areas such as Dzorwulu, Madina, Kwabenya is highly encouraged.
