Warehouse Supervisor (MJ002043)

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping. The role focuses on maintaining safety, accuracy and efficiency while managing a team of warehouse staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities and assign tasks to staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and ensure accuracy.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, shipments and productivity.
• Enforce safety regulations, company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory, productivity, staffing and performance.
• Communicate performance issues and resource needs to management.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or overtime as required.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Competence in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
