Aluminum Plant Manager – Relocation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Plant Manager to lead our aluminium production facility in Ghana. The role involves overseeing the entire production chain, from planning and installation to logistics and quality control, while managing a multicultural team of local and expatriate staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all production activities in the aluminium plant.
• Manage installations, logistics and ensure strict quality‑control standards.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of local and foreign employees.
• Utilise Opera software to monitor production performance and drive efficiency.
• Achieve plant targets and performance‑based incentives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as an aluminium plant manager or production manager in a structural aluminium environment.
• Proven expertise in advanced aluminium systems such as screen walls and louvers.
• Experience working or relocating in African countries is highly valued.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, challenging setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Opera software for aluminium production management.
• Creation of shop drawings (SHOP DRAWING).
• Manufacturing of screen walls.
• Manufacturing of louvers.
• Comprehensive aluminium production management.
