About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of Azeus Convene, a board‑level meeting and collaboration platform. The role will focus on expanding our client base across more than 100 countries and delivering end‑to‑end sales execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute day‑to‑day sales activities, including marketing support and lead generation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, identify opportunities, negotiate and close deals.
  • Lead pre‑sales processes such as product demonstrations, bid preparation, pricing and alignment with business‑plan targets.
  • Coordinate post‑sale training, implementation and ongoing customer support.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline in the CRM, pursue leads and update senior management on progress.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Stay informed of relevant legislation and industry best practices.

Required profile

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in software/technology solutions sold to corporate executives.
  • Experience presenting to C‑suite stakeholders and working with multiple internal and external partners.
  • MBA or university degree.
  • Minimum three years of selling SaaS or cloud‑based products, ideally to listed companies or the BFSI sector.
  • Commercial awareness of mobile, digital and cloud SaaS offerings.
  • Willingness to travel and fluency in English.
