About the role
The Fixed Product and Pricing Analyst will support the development and management of Fixed Broadband, Fixed Voice, Internet Café and Wi‑Fi offerings. The role focuses on increasing revenue contribution by creating new product extensions, pricing strategies and analysing market performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new product proposals for Fixed Broadband, Fixed Voice, Internet Café and Wi‑Fi, backed by market data and competitive analysis, and build business cases with ROI.
- Manage the product development process, ensuring cost and quality targets are met, and create go‑to‑market strategies for launches.
- Collaborate with Finance to set competitive pricing that meets margin targets and report post‑implementation impact.
- Oversee post‑launch pricing lifecycle, liaising with Technology and Customer‑facing teams to capture insights and drive enhancements.
- Work with the Insights team to gather market intelligence, test and validate tariffs, and advise on competitive positioning.
- Maintain the product requirements catalogue and functional backlog, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers to align requirements and achieve agreement.
- Manage the in‑life product portfolio on a profit‑and‑loss basis, using financial data to decide on investments or withdrawals.
- Track, report and advise on daily KPIs such as PPG, usage, subscriber split, revenue contribution, ARPU and RGS.
- Collaborate with CVM and Experience teams to create portfolio extensions that meet evolving customer needs.
Required profile
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in new product development and customer analytics within telecommunications or ICT.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop business cases and pricing models.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and SQL.
- Knowledge of database systems and report management software applications.
