HR & People Operations Internship (Remote)

About the role

Culturelligence is looking for a motivated intern to join its People Operations team remotely. This role offers hands‑on experience in core HR functions while supporting the company’s mission to build adaptive, human‑centered workplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing HR processes and policies.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating onboarding.
• Develop training and learning materials aligned with the company’s Learning Readiness focus.
• Conduct research on employee engagement and culture‑change strategies.
• Help integrate Agile and Lean methodologies into HR practices.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Strong research, data analysis, and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in Agile, Design Thinking, or coaching frameworks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
