About the role
The Personal Assistant will provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Enterprise Officer (CENO) and the Enterprise Business Division. This role operates in a fast‑moving telecom environment, requiring discretion, organization, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise record‑keeping systems for correspondence, documents and files.
- Manage the CENO’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Handle internal and external correspondence and support ad‑hoc projects for the CENO.
- Track monthly IOU and petty‑cash transactions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the CENO and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver employee engagement initiatives and enterprise business projects.
- Ensure smooth operation of the CENO’s office environment.
Required profile
- University degree in Social Science, Psychology, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant to a C‑suite executive.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural and regulated telecom setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional judgment.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with meeting and event coordination tools.
- Experience with executive support systems and CRM tools.
- Competence in data and information management, travel and logistics coordination.
