Senior Solution Integrator – Mobile Financial Services

About the role

Ericsson’s Mobile Financial Services (MFS) team is looking for a Senior Solution Integrator to drive the deployment, integration and optimisation of the Ericsson Wallet Platform for global fintech customers. You will work in a collaborative, international environment, supporting customers through the full lifecycle of digital financial services projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install and deploy the Ericsson Wallet Platform in test and production environments.
• Integrate the platform with internal and external systems, performing white‑box and black‑box testing.
• Prepare and execute unit, SIT and UAT test cases and document results.
• Configure applications, create MOPs, SOPs, SOWs, RCA documents and test reports.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, database and infrastructure issues.
• Support patch deployment and production activities, including night‑time operations across time zones.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to align with customer requirements.
• Report technical progress to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and solution expansion within existing environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5–10 years of experience in deployment, integration and support of telecom or fintech solutions.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and managing governance activities.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native technologies, micro‑services architecture and emerging trends such as 5G/6G, API monetisation and AI/ML.

Required skills

• Linux/Unix administration and Shell scripting.
• Kubernetes and Docker deployments.
• TCP/IP, HTTPS, SMPP, DIAMETER, HTTP networking protocols.
• XML APIs and client‑server architecture.
• Oracle Database administration (import/export, indexing, tablespace management, PL/SQL).
• Clustering technologies, Veritas Volume Manager, MySQL, Perl scripting.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS configuration and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Ericsson Charging Systems, CAMEL or telecom environments (advantage).
• Experience with Mobile Money, Mobile Wallet, Mobile Finance or M‑Commerce solutions (preferred).
