About the role

The Business Development Representative will help Mackola expand its B2B commerce platform across Ghana by onboarding new suppliers and supporting existing partners. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Accra, reporting directly to management.

Key responsibilities

Identify, contact and visit potential suppliers such as restaurants, hotels, shops and distributors.
Demonstrate the Mackola platform and create supplier accounts.
Train supplier teams on using the digital ordering system.
Follow up with existing suppliers to ensure adoption and collect user feedback.
Report weekly activity and performance metrics to management.

Required profile

Experience in sales, business development, account management or customer relations.
Comfortable meeting business owners and decision‑makers.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with smartphones, mobile apps and web applications.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Based in or around Accra and own a smartphone.
